今日は。
辞書なしで超速読月刊英語ニュースです。
さて、英語関係の書籍でも、また本書でも使う言葉ですが、「英語で考える」「英語で知る」とは、実際問題と
して、どういうことなのか、どういう感触をいうのか分かりにくいと思います。と言うか、全然分からないのが現実だ
と思います。ネイティブでもない限り。
今日は、本書の今月号に掲載する記事を前倒しして、「英語で考える」ことを一度体験してみましょう。
ただし、これが「英語で考える」ことだと断定できません。こういう感じなのかなという程度で行きましょう。

とあれこれ比べ合うことが、「英語で考える」「英語で理解する」ことだと思います。
こういうことを膨大な英文を読み通すことで、いわゆる「英語で考える」習慣が必然的に身についてくるものだと
思います。

Like it or not, some of your personal data is probably on the Internet. And even if you diligently try
to protect the information about you that's“out there,”it could still end up in the hands of an
identity thief. Whether it's on a compromised company server, or on a laptop left on a bus, or a USB
drive dropped in a parking lot, your data isn't entirely under your control. But if an identity thief
finds it, don't panic. There are steps you can take to fight back.

In the United States, that could mean giving away your social security number. A stolen social
